Zen Store: Heirloom Pack - Missing

I did not see the pack listed for the PC... when I took a look at the PSN Store it was listed.

Found a post saying it was bugged for Paladins and so was removed... is there an eta when it will be fixed and return for PC?

As account-unlocks, the Drow mercenary companion (blue) and some blue equipment that doesn't scale up but gives you new items every 10 levels (that's how I understand it). One 24-slot bag.
