With the new refinement items, will it still be possible to refine existing weapons into the new ones? Starting a weapon from scratch with "specialty" RP seems like quite a mammoth task. I don't really ever intend to start from scratch again.

    The double refinement on artifact weapons applies to the feeder, not the receiver. You can dump a Legendary into a green and it will get enough RP to get to Epic right away (assuming you have the marks of course). However, if you dump a green into an Epic for example, you'll only get the 1xRP rate. The feeder needs to be blue or better before it will provide double RP to the receiver.

    This really isn't very clear in game, but I honestly don't have any suggestions on how they could word it better in the limited space either.

    They could just start over with the RP system entirely and make it less complicated, but that's just me. Bags won't sell themselves.

    During 2x RP, my Twisted OH dropped into Manaseeker OH gave me ~1.8m RP. O.o 2x RP bugged it? @nitocris83

    And, there's way too much of the 'special' RP... You don't even need the old weps...

    Work has kept me from playing as much as I'd like. I use twisted currently and dumped my drowned off-hand into the new one. It's going to be a week before I get the weapon itself restored and will do the same. I'll finally be unlocking Svardborg today!!!

    Someone in my guild reported the same with their OH before 2x RP. The same person collected enough RP from bottles to rank both MH and OH to legendary, so I have no idea how 2x RP effected it, if at all.
    The grind for MH was so insanity inducing, I haven't bothered getting my OH restored yet to see how it's reacting to my feeder.

    It'll likely be several weeks before I bother with the OH, at least for CW, and I'll probably not even remember where to find this thread when I do.
    I'll give a shout for you in legit though.

    the amount of refine u find in tresure maps is enough to upgrade the set and more.

    consider the refine will cost you nothing for this set, the price of a full upgrade set is comparable to the old weapon sets.
