cw relic weapons ingredients, bad ingredients requiremts something is wrong

just noticed that my cw relic weapon need artificing and weaponsmithing r25 for the the 2 profession ingredients , W.T.F., arent cw weapons only artificing why do i need to upg weaponsmith for it, are u devs crazy or something?

@terramak please give me some answers, this is to much for the new weapons
