Mail system issues

on two occasions in the month or so I sent mail from one alt to another, different alts each time.
and the items I sent where removed from inventory and never showed up in the mailbox.
Sent a ticket request each time, never a response. lost 4 major vouchers of influence in one mail
and several professionals (one blue and 2 green) in the other - since we can't put ANY professions
items in the shared bank (feedback)

    I've recently been bit by the same bug. The worst part is those emails with items attached not only never arrive but permanently count against the number of emails I can receive with items attached.

    I came here looking for help as I recently encountered the same bug. Three emails with items attached never arrived but count against the maximum number of emails with items attached. Now I'm afraid to mail items between my characters both because the items may be lost and because if they are lost they'll permanent count against my inbox limits. Although I would like the "stuck" items back, much more important would be if those emails could be deleted somehow to free up those inbox "slots" counting against maximum number of emails with items attached, and some assurance the bug has been fixed so I could trust emailing items again. What is the best way to submit a ticket on this? Here or via the in-game help system? I first looked in-game but none of the available categories there fit this problem well.

    You will need to communicate with Support, through Support. We do not offer game support through the forums. Please don't post to multiple threads, stick to the one most resembling your issue. I've moved your post here.

    Make sure you're filing them as Support Tickets and not Bug Reports. Bug Reports do not get responses as they go to an entirely different team. If you need a response, file a Support Ticket through the Support Center. In short, if your "ticket" does not appear in your Ticket History, then you filed it as a Bug Report and it will not gain a response from Support since Bug Reports do not go to Support. Likewise, you won't gain a response from Support on the forums either, as these are Discussion Forums and Bug Reporting forums, not Support Forums. We don't offer Support Forums by Game Staff, just "Player Support" forums, meaning "advice" from one's peers (other players).

    I am not sure why or how these comments got linked to me somehow. But I am happy and saddened at the same time to see other people are getting this bug now too. What makes me happy is that if more people get this bug it might get some attention and perhaps I will be freed from this ancient bug for once. It sucks for those who lost important items though, I share that huge disappointment.

    Lost a Trance Dread got it back with a mail saying it was a one time only thing but at least I got it back then I lost an epic mount which I dident get back...

    Now i never use names just the @handle of my account and since then it been working...

    You can mail Major Vouchers?
