So many kids pay the Xbox and have no money so F2P is very popular.

If PWE wasn't making money on the console ports, there would be no console ports.

I've interacted with console players who spend hundreds or thousands just on keys. Huge amounts of disposable income out there that they've tapped into.

Saying console players are all poor kids is a really weird dismissive bias.

In another thread a PS4 player was saying their PVP was full of BIS pre-mades spending hundreds each on equipment. PS4 version has only been out 2 months.

With the backlog at 3.6m and rising we might be looking at preservation wards being prohibitively expensive even. 2x RP has to clear this out or we're looking at a month or two where the AH is the main source of wards.

Preservation wards have been dropping lately. Shortly after the backlog started they were up to 6600 AD. Now they're just under 6000. I'd hazard a guess and say they will stabilize around 5500 to 6000 if the backlog persists.

Give people a way to buy power without playing the PvE game and it will be bought.

    Nothing more to ad.
