Where in the Neverwinter test shard do you get test material?

Very little support for testing is provided beyond the ability to respec characters for free and occasional removal of time-locks.

Players help each other out with enchants, or refine them up on preview since the cost is only time and effort. Same with companions, BoE mounts, or even trying out dye combinations. If you own an item, or can find someone willing to mail you a copy on preview, you can try it. If not, you're pretty much out of luck.

Inability to test things like set bonuses and insignias prior to going live (without putting in the same amount of grind as to earn said items in the live game) has been a huge point of criticism.

Thats why game testing quality is poor and lot of bugs, glitches and power dissbalance went to live server...
