Hi, I really need help from support staff,I didn't receive answer untill four days....please

    There is no technical support staff on the forums. You'll need to discuss such matters with Support through Support. A link to the Support Center is at the bottom left of my Signature. This forum is for getting Technical Support from your peers, as well as discussing Technical Issues that we might be able to pass along to the Developers. Gaining a response here from Technical Support just won't happen, for as I said, they need to be contacted through Support only.
