Everfrost resist boon value not calculating or not counting?

After yesterday's patch I checked the newly added "Everfrost Damage Resistance" value on my character sheet. I have the second boon. I made sure I had no potions or food active, unequipped the gear and the value displayed was 0%. I would have assumed it should read 2% with the boon. Anyone else noticed this or had an issue? I can slot enough items and buffs to queue for FBI, so it's not a showstopper there, just curious if it's indeed not WAI or a coding error writing over to the character sheet.

I think somewhere in the patch notes was a reference to the boons not displaying in the total as a known issue, but they were working other than the display.
