I've been logging in and out just fine. I suggest to do a full shut down of your XBOX and restart it, making sure also that you've waited at least 15 minutes since your last attempt to log in. If you're continuing to have issues afterwards, you'll need to file a Support Ticket and be sure to select the XBOX as the product.
