Guild hall upgrade from 11 to 12 not working.

First, the contribution targets are different when comparing the amount listed on the stronghold tab of the fold menu and what is shown as the contribution level needed when set as the target in the coffer.

After meeting the higher if the two, the upgrade button still remains disabled.

The cost difference I think is probably the known and very annoying display anomaly that causes certain windows to not include the alliance cost discounts, though the actual upgrade costs should use the discounted values. Why it's not working at all, I don't know.

Is there any chance you don't have sufficient buildings upgraded to allow it?

We were able to resolve. Other structures needed to be upgraded, just didn't say that in the GH sign
