    for the sake of balance i have to agreed that deflection severity may need a tonedown....but deflection is a matter of luck

    The amount of self healing in pvp displayed by classes who have no business doing healing makes me wanna puke. This GWF was regaining health like the immortal sentinel of old.

    - more deflect % per point in ability score (correct me here if I am wrong)

    1% per point in DEX and CHA, it used to be 0.5%, the change was made when devs introduced stealth depletion on damage taken and at-will power use to "compensate", also the old profound pvp set had 20% extra stealth.....

    in theory stealth was "nerfed" ( :v ) so they raised deflect.....wich is now abused....but for everyone:

    - 93% deflect on BIS TRs, 60 to 70% on +3k dudes.
    - +70% in combat HRs.
    - +60% in some DCs.
    - +40% in some CWs hahaha.


    - shift immunity frames

    thats not only a TR problem, CWs/DCs/HRs/ with T.elven battle have perma dodge.

    65%++ deflect, 75%+ deflect severity and some *** instead of ITC

    vs 35%+ deflect, 75%+ deflect severity and ITC, SE spam

    - tough decision.

    TR class "balance":
    There is definitely need for a review of so many broken things.

    As well all classes should get an "extra ability score".

    e.g. CW: 2% Control Bonus Per "WIS".

    Same three guys again so need to quote 12 pages of nonsense. Here is the highlights of misinformation:

    Wow just wow.... You still lose steath when you get hit. That's not what the capstone does. It just stops you from getting a delay in steath regen. If you bothering doing a side by side comparison with a saboteur spec (post a video you'll see) you would understand what I'm talking about. Also stealth regens faster with Executioner capstone. Is this WAI? Who knows. If I wanted to waste my time or diamonds doing a side by side comparison with videos it would prove this. I however have no desire to do this because once again yet another attempt to derail a thread with nonsense. Great job.

    And once again clouding the issue commences. No one is arguing what deflect severity does. What deflect severity doesn't do is reduce CC duration while ITC is active. Like I said if that was the case powers that do no damage would then CC the rogue (ie. oppressive force) since only damaging attacks can be deflected. Also most CC is rendered useless because a smart rogue can cycle ITC while using dodging in between it's downtime. It's calling playing smart.

    One with the shadows is a saboteur capstone. Shadow Strike is a base rogue power. Most "smart" rogues run shadow strike because damaging encounter powers do pitiful damage and because of it's use in regaining stealth. Also the point was knifes edge and shady prep are good, but you don't need to be pure saboteur to get them. Your earlier comments stated that you do. GG.

    First off a SE with cunning ambusher haste (+25% damage at a full stealth bar) will not do 100k+ without buffs like Invisible infiltrator, fray, break the spirit, hallowed ground etc. and is still considered what we in the biz call a "baby dunk" (try hitting someone using rank 20 hp boon and stacking HP). An executioner rogue without FS with these same buffs can do upwards of 150k to 180k non FS (sometimes even 200k pre fray nerf). Also like I said before AP generation is independent of spec.... but you keep focusing on saboteur because apparently you think there is a super secret AP generation feat that they are taking. Snail power + Fire Weps + AP gen stat + moderate recovery will do this for any rogue. Courage breaker can be chained also like that by any rogue if specced correctly but is reliant on Fire Weapon procs to accomplish what you are saying. But lets just throw more nonsense into the pot.

    "You have to take in consideration, we on PC don't use ambush rings, drains, SE + smokebomb + first strike glitch in such matches. We regulate the cheesy mechanics to a minimum."

    But these mechanics exist... and people will use them regardless of whatever agreements are made PC or Xbox or PS4. Drains are not really an issue anymore, but ambush rings and various glitches are a cancer to pvp. You won't stop people from using them until they are either fixed/removed.
