Ah well, that might do it... we have tried to do our HE's daily!
However, often we are just doing the first tier ones, sometimes the tier two or three depending on who else is available. I would say 95% of our HE's though were just the tier one's.

It's not the difficulty of the HE, but the XP from the critters. It's the recommended way to powerlevel a baby character (getting your guildies to carry you in a party though).
Ahh okay, I thought the higher tier ones may have given more XP... but yes, the HE's are probably responsible for helping us get to 70 so fast.
The good news is that we haven't yet felt like we've been grinding... well, okay, I lie, after three weeks of the Summer Festival I was glad to see it end, but in the end the grind was worth it!
Haha, yeah that would do it, sadly i'm currently in a small guild that isn't very active on the stronghold map. I could swap to another if i wanted but honestly i tend in most games i play to be "play for a few months, -> take a break for 2-3 times that, -> repeat"
Anyway enjoy your campaigns .
Paingiver is not an acurratte or Useful measure of your actual sustained damage output, (i.e DPS), in various ways it lies. For a true idea use ACT. Link below:
There is still leadership. No, it does not generate AD directly. It generates RP and RP is AD.
Which is a colossal time gate. If you want to speed it to just 3 months, you gotta buy your workers off the AH. Least back then you could quickly pay off that massive debt of getting them ready.

Everything is a time gate in this game. You don't get everything without grinding. In terms of leadership, the time gate is more or less the same before and after they removed AD from it.
*** The game can read your mind. If you want it, you won't get it. If you don't expect to get it, you will. ***
