Old seal vendors still exist, currency does not

The Lion/Manticore/Pegasus seal vendors were removed from the PE market when Cryptic changed everything to award Seals of the Adventurer, but they were not removed from the levelling zone hubs that feature them. This hasn't been a big deal on PC or Xbox where most players view these items as now-irrelevant anyway, but it is confusing the snot out of PS4 players.
