Feedback: Quest: Blizzard's Return (weekly) The rewards from the weekly quest were nerfed hard. My notes from preview indicate that it gave 15 reputation, 9 Secrets of Ostoria and 50 Ten-Towns Supplies. On live, it gives 4 reputation, 6 Secrets of Ostoria and 18 Ten-Towns Supplies. This means you hate us, right?
Jeepers, that's rough.
Not that they hate us, per se. Only that their maths for resource progression projections came back with a "nope, that's too fast". Nothing personal. ("You don't like us. That's nothing personal?")
Still, I have to agree that weekly missions in other campaigns have generally a way of making up some progress when daily play isn't possible. SKT has a really obnoxious structure for casual play, and the weeklies give you less than the wrapper daily (which requires doing three other dailies with zero flexibility), and seem to exist to make up the bare minimum of stuff needed to unlock campaign boxes in a fixed order at the quickest possible rate, provided you never, ever miss a day. It does smack of gaming based on numbers rather than player satisfaction.
