Cannot view or purchase gear for other classes from the Guild Hall Outfitter

Selecting the button "I want to look at equipment for other classes" brings up the class list.
But selecting a class just brings you back to the main page.

It works for me: I choose "other classes", I choose another class, I'm presented with the main menu again... and if I choose "Dragonflight (PvE)" I now see equipment for the chosen class, not my own.

If you choose a type of equipment after choosing a class, do you see the right gear inside?

I believe these store-looping issues tend to be tied to the class you are using to try to purchase.

Tested, it does work as lowjohn describes.

I still think it could use some attention, the interface is not exactly intuitive, IMHO.
