    Only problem is that it is not at rewards agent...not at all...is this a known issue or did I miss something?

    Hi @stygmata,

    it was at the rewards agent for my and my guild mates. The only thing is that it is only one per account so, as the items are bound to character, you need to choose wisely which one reclaims it.

    I put a ticket in...still not showing for me on any of my characters...none have been able to see it at claims agent never mind getting it

    If you use the BOC enchantments to refine other enchantments, does it make them BOC? If you refine a BOC enchantment, does it remain BOC after reaching rank 8 and higher?

    If you upgrade the bound enchant, it will stay bound. I'm not entirely sure, but I think using it as a reagent has the same outcome.

    Using the bound enchant for enchant RP should not bind the refined item, that I'm aware of.

    The absolute safest course of action is to use bound enchants to refine an artifact, which is character bound anyway. This is what I do with them.

    Slotting character-bound enchants into account-bound equipment will bind the equipment to your character too.
