Priestess of Sehanine moonbow

So my priestess is now lvl 40... and I have noticed a tool tip that is not working or not being applied on effects.
Moonbeams is supposed to last 6 seconds. Which is currently correct. The issue is now that she is lvl 40 (actually should have changed at lvl 30) Full moon should have kicked in and made the buff 9 seconds. However on test dummies in stronghold and combat as well, I noticed the duration of moonbeam is still only at 6 seconds on buff bar. Please look into this and either clarify the effect of full moon or adjust the info on the buff bar so its accurate.

Just as topic says, skill which should increase duration of 2 other skills is not dong its job at all. Both skills "Moon Beams" and "Moon Shadow" have its normal duration on both L30 blue priesstes and L35 purple one.

@strumslinger It should be easy fix, and many ppl is using this companion since it has one of best skills in game (acctualy usefull skills, not only bonding proc) so please pass this to devs asap.

To replicate:
1. Buy a Bahamut's Champion Booster Pack in the Zen Market.
2. Train the Priestess of Sehanine Moonbow up to rank 30.
3. Summon the Priestess of Sehanine Moonbow.
4. Attack a combat dummy until the Priestess of Sehanine Moonbow casts Moon Beams.

Observed Result:
1. The buff from Moon Beams lasts 6 seconds.

Expected Result:
1. The buff from Moon Beams lasts 9 seconds. (6 * 1.5 = 9)
