Wonderous bazaar discount not present?

Sorry for all of the posts, but I noticed that the 15% discount in the Bazaar isn't working now, either. It is supposed to stack with the VIP discount, and it still stands at 25%, not 40%. Can anyone with VIP see if they are getting a 15% discount? Perhaps they coded as concurrent, not consecutive.

    Yes, as I understood it, the 15% would be applied either before or after the 25% which may not equal 40% total but should definately be more than 25%. Thats how I interpreted the statement that it would work with the VIP discount.

    Currently the max discount is 25%

    Well, @strumslinger This is rather disappointing, to say the least. The event appears to be active but doesn't actually do anything, since players both with and without VIP are equally affected.

    Someone has obviously set the flag that should have been set earlier as it appears tto be working now. Ty.
