Survivors Blessing

Hi,

I have a question about Survivors Blessing (heal on deflect, https://two30.github.io/neverwinter-insignia/?3).

I own an Armored Axe Beak with the Insignias slotted for Survivors Blessing, and I assumed that the bonus stacks.
A test against 20 mobs and circa 30% deflection chance showed that the buff does not stack. I reliably get the heal once every second, even if I deflect several attacks in a moment.

Is this WAI?

In comparison to that, does Barbarians Revelry (heal on crit) work on every crit?
Insignia bonusses are then much better for offensive players

Barbarian’s Revelry/Delight: This one sounds good in theory and was one I was really looking forward to using, healing 3% of your max HP whenever you crit seemed too good to be true. Unfortunately, it was too good to be true. The bonus has an internal cooldown and doesn’t proc off all crits, only some of them, making it underwhelming and inferior to lifesteal.

Does that include that Vampires Craving (heal on lifesteal) has no CD?


And another question, what happens if I have 2 mounts with Sourvivors Blessing bonus? Do I heal 6% of my max hitpoints or is there even a hidden diminished return?
