Race Reroll question

I want to buy a race reroll for my GWF. My CW just dropped a coupon that can be applied to the race reroll. If I buy the race reroll with my CW, since the coupon is character bound (why it is not account bound is beyond me) can I then use it to reroll my GWF?

In short Want to reroll toon A, toon B has a coupon, if I buy the reroll service with toon B can toon A use it?

I cannot find any concrete information on whether or not this service or item is character or account bound. I am on Xbox, I posted here because my hopes are not high in getting a response in time on the xbox forums.

The Race Reroll token is used on the character select screen. You can buy it with any character then go to the character select screen and select the desired character and then the race reroll button that will now be available.

Thanks, I ended up chancing it and it worked for my other character. Does the respec work in the same way, just in case the same thing happens where I get a coupon on my other character?

In short, no - Retraining Tokens do not work the same way - they are (for the most part) Character Specific. There are "account" bound versions though, but not from the Zen Market.

Retraining Tokens from events like Simril (winter event) are Account Bound and can be placed in the Account Shared Bank or Mailed to your other characters on the Account. When these tokens are used, they are applied to the character that used them and can only be further used by that character. When you purchase a Retraining Token in the Zen Market or from the Character Sheet, it is applied directly and instantly to that character and then only usable by that character.
