Preservation wards do not stack

We have a lot of refinement items that do not stack because they have different boundness class (account, character, unbound). But I have noticed that even if wards are in the same class (account bound, or unbound), they still could fail to stack.

I have two stacks of account-bound preservation wards on my SW, and I had two stacks of unbound on other char. Nothing in description indicates that they are in some way different. I also guess that they even came from the same source (account-bound seems to come from celestial coin coffer, I do not know of other source). My only guess that there are two item ids for the preservation wards.

The ones that were gifted after the T-bar store change do not stack with the ones from invoking.

Unbound Zen store and T-bar store wards also do not stack.

You are correct about the multiple excessive item IDs, but unfortunately, the best solution is usually to use up the shorter stacks first. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of motivation to fix these type of issues.
