Rothe Valley/Ebon Downs bounty caches are bind to character

Unlike every other Bounty Cache in the game, the named items that drop from Rothe Valley and Ebon Downs caches are all bound to character.

All other Bounty Caches drop named items that are bind on equip.

These particular items bind to character when they drop from bosses as well, so this is consistent with how the items were designed from PC beta, although not consistent with named/unique appearance boss drops from other zones.

The boss drops from Mithril Mines (levelling lair troll) are also BoP, but other Icespire boss drops are not.

I'm not sure if this is something that would warrant a low-priority addition to the fix-it list. Not sure if you'd have access to an item list internally for these bosses, as it would take us some time to compile as players. Each affected boss can drop multiple items randomly (all of them BoP), and the drop rate for boss loot as opposed to generic loot from treasure caches is low.
