Hunter Ranger Booster Pack disappeared from Zen Store

The Hunter Ranger Booster Pack is no longer in Zen Store, and there hasn't been any announcement that is been purposely removed. I don't own it, so it should be visible under Packs. I think it has been gone since Maze Engine launched.
