Ticket Submitted via Customer Support page due to the fact that the original submitted in game is not showing up.

4 days to get that response: I did a live chat a couple days ago and proved a complete waste of time.
So I go look at 160324-001586 and it still does not show under my tickets in game but I can see on the customer service site. STILL NO RESPONSE. It has now been 4 days since I listed the item that one person out of 23 guildies that were in-game could see. 1 person does have a bid on it so I can not remove it @ 2.6M. For a Transcendent Feytouched! I have seen at least 8 that I am aware of sell for 3.95M++ - Cheapest now is 4.4M and mine is listed at 3.75M (I wanted a quick sale). I have no idea what to do at this point. Bugs I can deal - complete incompetency by customer service - let's just say "less well".
1.2 days left before I lose 1.2M due to this bug and lack of support to resolve -
Help would be greatly appreciated.
Note: 2 sets of Screen shots have been submitted via email and the CS site.

They mean that you're not supposed to submit multiple tickets on the same issue, that you should open up your original one and update it if you wish to ask about or add too it. The in game display of Support Tickets have been bugged since the dawn of the game and rarely show all your tickets. Instead, use your Ticket History on the Support Site.
