Hey, took some time to test the bonuses to see what they actually do. And there are some interesting things you guys may want to know before splashing out your ZEN.
Vampire's Craving/Survivor's Blessing:
These HoTs stack everytime you deflect/lifesteal. Deflect being more orientated for PvP but still useful in PvE (mobs attack slow so you won't get this running. The lifesteal one is great if you have some lifesteal, to get those hots running when you are aoeing etc. The lesser version "Vampire's Thirst" does not work right now though.
Barbarian Revelry:
I haven't tested this version, but i was testing the lesser version Barbarian's Delight. And it only procs once on ability use. If you crit on an aoe on multiple enemies you will only get the heal once. Doesn't proc from lostmauth either. Nor does it proc from dots, (jagged blades or kneebreaker). Simple put, it's HAMSTER.
Shepard's Devotion:
Right now it gives the same bonus as artifcier's persuasion. So its giving 10% of your power in recovery, ap gain etc. Very useful for PvErs, alot of extra recovery. If/when it gets fixed the bonus turns to defense/deflection which may or may not effect companions which would still be worth looking into.
Protector's Camaderie: it boosts your power/defense by 3% each time your companion hits, does exactly what it says. Good stuff if you use a combat pet.
Gladiator's Guile: Didn't think much of it when i read it, but I cant live without it now. No longer do I miss Threatening Rush.
Magistrate's Patience: The dot doesn't scale with buffs and only procs on abilities not all crits like dots, lostmauth etc. the heal does not apply to yourself. Pretty rubbish.
Haven't tested Champion's Return yet.

#1 Gladiator's Guile - When your Stamina is above 75%, you move 15% faster. When your Stamina is below 25%, gain 15% of your Power as Stamina Gain.
Most useful to me so far. Speed boost is superior. As a class without dodge, you leave red areas faster, and when stamina is low you get some extra stamina.
#2 Sheperd's Devotion - Whenever you use a Daily power, you and your teammates Defense, Deflection, and Movement are increased by 5% of your Power for 15 seconds.
GF uses a lot of dailies (like every 10 seconds).
#3 Artificer Persuasion - Whenever you use an Artifact power, your Recovery, Movement, Action Point Gain, and Stamina Gain are increased by 10% of your Power for 15 seconds.
If your main artifact is Mystic level, it is one boost per minute.
#4 Champions Return - Whenever you are reduced to 50% Hit Points, you instantly recover 20% of your Stamina and are healed for 20% of your maximum Hit Points over 10 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 60 seconds
#5 Champion Struggle - Whenever you are reduced to 50% Hit Points, you instantly recover 10% of your Stamina and are healed for 10% of your maximum Hit Points over 10 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 60 seconds
FR daily can heal you to 100% already and stamina is not issue. Allows GF to change boons responsible for stamina gain for something else.

Trying to wrap my head around the way these bonuses work...
To unlock these powers, one has to fill all three insignia slots? Is it similiar to the artifact weapons/off hand, you have to do quests to unlock certain ones, or is it tied into which mount you use?
Whats the cheapest way to make this happen? As a fresh 70, these powers could be a HUGE benefit

2 good universal bonuses to unlock them account-wide are in ZEN blue mounts, Reanimated Destrier (Champ Return) and Wild Hunt Wolf (Gladiator Guile). I think you will want to have purple mount with passive bonus such as 2000 of stat (Crit/Power/Defense/whatever), so buying purple you can check if it also has insignia bonus you want. Heavy Howler which grants 2k crit and has heal on deflect (Survive blessing) insignia power is one of examples.
When mod 9 came out, there was promotion of "special" category of mounts, so that was opportunity to acquire many of them for 50% price. Some blue event mounts are even cheaper but they will only for one character.
@billyriz12, speaking of Power based Camaradie bonus, i have certain question. Let say it is how i see power to damage translation works with all stacks.
Static 8000 power -> 12% bonus Power = 960 Power -> 2.4% bonus damage
Static 16000 power -> 12% bonus Power = 1920 Power -> 4.8% bonus damage
Static 40000 power -> 12% bonus Power = 4800 Power -> 12% bonus damage
In case of Protector Camaraderie bonus i wonder if in order to archive quickly its full benefit - 4 stacks player has to follow same mechanics as with current Bonding stones - fast attacking ranger companion.
If companion dies, does it reset stack?EDIT:
Good souls inform that 16-17 Jun is going be huge 50% discount for ZEN stuff
