An Ethical question about a Leadership task: Corvee Labor

Today I started to try out the new profession tasks which are for donations to guild coffer. Then I saw a Leadership task called "Corvee Labor", and its description says: You recruit additional laborers for your Guild Stronghold. The description doesn't say anything unethical, but the word "corvee" in the task name raised my concern.

Does doing this task mean doing something unethical?

I think you should read the Wikipedia article and make up your own mind.

Thanks. I had checked it. And I think I will not do that task because I personally don't like forced labor, even if the labor has a legal basis.

Everyone does forced labor on a legal basis in one form of another in the real world. Not saying I agree with it, but it's not exactly new. We're all slaves to our employers in one form or another.
To be more clearer, my point is about freedom. Employees get paid by employers, and employees can quit if they aren't satisfied with their salaries. So there is still freedom in the employment.

On the contrary, there is little or no pay in corvee labor, and laborers aren't allowed to refuse the labor.
