Elemental Artifact Weapon Choice Pack

I purchased an Elemental Artifact Weapon Choice Pack from the Trade House, because I wanted to get the Burning Set for my HR. So obviously I picked the Burning Weapon Box Set from the four choices provided. When I opened the Burning Weapon Box Set, the game gave me a Howling Bow and Earthen Axes. I already put a ticket and have been waiting for a few days now for someone to resolve this bug, so I can get the correct set. I have been wondering, if anyone else has run into this problem.

That's what I was planning to do was to buy the appropriate sets for all my alts. I have every class except the GF.
