"Silvery Dragon Scale" Do these still drop in lockboxes anymore?
If not, how long before they delete/remove the Dragon Scale merchant?
Also the Genie's Gifts...have they been removed permanently from Lockboxes as well, or have they been replaced?

They are unlikely to remove the vendor because although the currency was only available in the series of boxes released through Tyranny of Dragons and Rise of Tiamat, people still have those boxes and may choose to open them in the future. It's not like an event vendor where they have to keep cycling them out so they can bring in NPCs for new events.

As for Genie's Gifts, they are not in the current box but this does not mean a similar item will never return in a future box (no guarantees either way though).

The Ensorcelled pack has also been replaced by the Elemental Artifact Weapons pack, hence the skyrocket in price for the Ensorcelled gear.
