Vangaurd Scrip missing from turn in options

Vangaurd Scrip is missing from the turn in options of collectables from the Bounty Hunter in Dread Ring. Sharandar still has gold crescents and Icewind Dale still has Coenig Coins. Why take away the 1 thing worth trading in, in Dread Ring.
