factional assets quest - speak to strongbeard (wells of dragons) issue

Anyone unable to progress with Factional Asset Quest on Speak to Feldon Strongbeard part? I started the quest yesterday, I completed all the previous requirements. Now, I am unable to complete the quest final part. I spoke to the NPC(Feldon Strongbeard), I see all the new changes to Wells of Dragon related to buying gear. There is no longer option to complete the quest. This is my 4th toon doing the quest.

It worked well prior to the Maze Engine Mod and Patch on my other toons. I spoke to several people who is stuck in the same part of the quest. Note: I already submitted ticket. Cryptic seem to ignore it and deleted the ticket.

Hopefully, more people come forward to bring the issue up. Otherwise, anyone planning to start questing in Wells of Dragon will be inhibited to work on any of the dailies or weeklies on new toons or toons soon to be ready for Wells of Dragons.

At a guess, the changed merchant is identified as a completely different asset in the game and the quest is looking for something that no longer exists.

@beckylunatic - Nice diagnosis, and close. We've got a fix waiting in the wings for a build that'll have a *little* bit more test time.

i hope it comes asap , as not completing this quest-chain , these players/chars have NO access to the weekly AD quest in dragonwell
