Successful Heroic Encounters Not Registering, No Ctrl+F Reward Pop-Up

This is driving me mad, and I've had it in a few campaign zones, most recently Dread Ring with the Demon Slaughter stuff.

- I complete a Heroic Encounter successfully. Quest tracker stays at 0/3.
- Even if I am the one to initiate the encounter, still no joy.
- No Reward pop-up upon completion.
- Nothing with Ctrl+F.
- Nearby NPCs non-interactive (e.g. the glowing angel dude after the Harper seals the breaches in one of those DR encounters).
- Nothing appears in inventory.
- Everyone else high-fives and runs off happy to the next one. I'm left standing there like, 'What the *beep*?'
- Google and Forum Searches reveal only X-Box players who were unaware of having to press a button to see their 'Reward Queue' (Remember, I'm a PC player).

So, is it a bug or something? Or am I just missing something incredibly simple? I'm confused, because I've never seen anyone else in chat complain about this. :/

    How long have you been experiencing this issue? I've never seen it, so is it possible that it was introduced in yesterday's launch but nobody has noticed yet because they're busy with new activities?

    I ran the 3 HE demon daily in dread ring today including 1 Demon Slaughter HE and got the popup on each one and the rewards for them. I also got the rewards from the NPC when I turned it in and the quest tracker updated after each one. I luckily got great success on each but I doubt that had anything to do with it though.

    Are you level 70? The HE's do not give rewards for characters under lvl 70.

    If you are, then do what rollingonit said and bug report + ticket.

    Interesting replies, thanks everyone! I had this problem last week too, so I don't think it's a Maze Engine update problem specifically. I'm level 63, so I get bumped to 70 when I'm in DR. Perhaps, as fleshstiffer says, that's the problem -- although why would I be allowed to get the quest if I wasn't elligible for the rewards? Maybe it's an oversight. I was hoping to use the Demon Slaughter encounters to get a few more Cyphers, but perhaps this is not to be.
