Scourge Warlock: Dreadtheft: The Repel effect caused by this power is now properly affected by Control Bonus, Control Resistance, and Control Immunity.
NOW I WANT MY DREADTHEFT TO RRRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL, IT'S OVER A YEAR THAT IT'S BROKEN AND NOT REPELING ANYTHING

    This was explained that Dreadtheft has a very small "nudge" effect, which is barely noticeable, but was affecting bosses as much as anything else. It was fixed to be consistent on control immune targets, but probably won't feel different.

    Edit: You don't want it to repel. You should know as well as anyone that you can end up cancelling the power completely if you get too far from what you're targetting.

    but in pvp it could make possible to hit close range targets and keep then far from me
