change made to Professions Special Pack?

With the new release, I can see that they changed the Professions Master Pack, as it didn't give the Forgehammer before. I read the forums and dev blogs - I don't remember reading about this. Does anyone remember hearing about it in advance?

It seems to me that was there perhaps also a change to what the Professions Special Pack contains. The list looks different to me, but I can't figure out if that's the case. Anyone know if it is different now?
