Icewind dale glitch help!

I'm on Xbox and I can't get any quests in Icewind dale the only quest I can do is the demonic heroics.

I went to Sgt Knox and no quests for icewind dale either.

What am I suppose to do?

    Talk to the guy close to the wagon in the other side of the merchant house in PE. i.e. between the merchant house and the gate.

    All it says are artifacts of legend

    And other guy is just "I would like to travel to Icewind dale"

    Have you finished the IWD tutorial? This begins with Speaker Alden Lowell and should guide you through all the details of requiring a contract for quests, etc.

    1. Have you finished IWD Tutorial?
    2. Have you signed a contract with either Ten Towns or Arcane Brotherhood? (You will not get any other quests until you have signed a contract with one or the other.)

    I spoke to Alden talked to a couple people then abandoned quest. Now when I try to talk to them again there's no quests for me to do

    I abandoned the tutorial I think.

    Signed contract and still no quests besides demonic heroic encounter

    Apparently abandoning the IWD tutorial is all kinds of bad.

    I didn't finish tutorial how do I get it back after I abandoned it?

    Yes, well... that's probably an issue.

    The tutorial quest is designed with the expectation that you'll finish it, not abandon it, so it's not built to be able to restart, but also not flagged as "cannot abandon". This was a problem in the Well of Dragons at one time as well.

    Until they fix it, you are likely out of luck.

    Edit: For future reference, never abandon any quest that does not say "repeatable". Just to be safe.

    You will more than likely need to contact customer support to get it fixed.
