Spinward Rise not showing up with the ArchDruid

I checked this forum and really could not fine anything on a Level Minimum for Spinward Rise. I finished Reclamation Rock and planted the seed at the tree. Checked with the Arch druid and no new missions. I am at level 63. Is this a Bug or do I need to be a higher level? Any input would be great. Thanks

You need to be level 67 to get the Quest to go to and unlock the Spinward Rise zone, as it is a level 67-69 zone. I suggest to work on the other Elemental Evil Zones first, the ones in your level range are Drowned Shore (61-63) and Reclamation Rock (63-65). Fiery Pit's quest to unlock happens at level 65 and is a level 65-67 zone.

You can actually go to Spinward Rise at level 66... you just won't get the quest from Archdruid Morningdawn to do so until 67.
