Quests Not Available

I figured I'd post here before submitting a support ticket.

ISSUE: Quests that should be available are not. I am definitely above the required level for them (level 59 in Icespire Peak), but I only got a few quests before the NPCs gave me nothing more.

I had a similar issue in Pirate's Skyhold—the NPCs did not have the "quest available" bubble above their head. However, I was still able to get the quests when I talked to them.

Has anyone else dealt with this issue? Do quests become unavailable if you're too high a level?

The quests are NOT unavailable, but they won't have a ! to tell you who to talk to, because you've outlevelled the markers. Speak to every NPC with a name in yellow to find all available quests.

The main problem people run into in Icespire is they run right past Vaile Birchsmith, whose quests are required to progress. Because she's a bit off to the side, they never speak to her, can't find any other missions, and decide the zone is bugged.

Not sure I spoke to her yet. I'll check it out and see. Thanks for the info.
