SW's are not a useless class, either Kolat's Guide or Vell Crowe's Guide will help you manage with the class and won't lead you astray.

@kisakee so basically he has the same feats as most trappers and he just changed encounters, possibly for that specific group and fight.

Just watched vid. Good synergy of encounters for maximal buff. I'm not the best at math, but it doesn't seem to add up to that kind of damage. Thats not going to stop me from trying it though lol

With Hawk Shot and Longstrider's Shot he's playing as a different type of archer, using trapper path. That's pretty interesting.

That is pretty much the same as my Feat set up, no idea how to create that much damage though.

look at all the buffs he has going.. I suspect some of that is from stuff we don't have on xbox and some of that is just drinking a ton of potions. it's also pretty much like my feats and i've tried all kinds of rotations in the last few weeks and nothing at all has come close to that for me. LOL.

no idea here either. but i would guess it has to do with more then we can see/ just skills. i would greatly appreciate a screenshot of their gear score (might be maxed) and their stats (power, crit chance, severity etc). if you add in a transcendent vorpal, and all rank 12's.
but i understand if they want to keep it a secret so it does not get nerfed right out the door.

what i did find interesting is that it does not look like that HR was running with lostmouth set. im sure that helped somehow.
i could be wrong, i have been before,

and with some other classes buffing, such as a guardian fighter it can boost as well. and a guild with all the boons can have insane amounts of power and crit added on...

many cudos to them for finding such a cool build. thanks for sharing the screenshot and video.

He has a youtube channel with more vids. One shows his stats, gear, and boons. It's nothing that others do not have. He does mention in the posted vid that the power he uses is broken.

He says a "broken" power so this hr is no better than the Sw's old exploit... cx

I have a funny feeling something is needed at specific times from group mates, maybe a combination of a couple of other classes powers hitting just before a combo is activated somehow.

My current build is hitting crits of just under 1mil but that is only on a boss in a packed area, like a Demonic HE. On my own or with my Companion I can hit some very high hitting combos but what he is hitting in that vid is something else altogether I think.

Yah i was thinking the same. I tried to mimic his rotation on some test dummies with less than spectacular results. Have not tried it in a large group yet.

I agree on that one. Another reason I switched from my CW to my TR and ended up with my sweet GWF. Then again we can reroll things if a striker companion with bonding stones is used.

Gj @thefabricant .. the point wasn't the guide. The guide talks about killing things. And like i said, that's what sws do, that's their usefulness. But like you said, anyhow..
