Need help with transfer to NWpreview

Hello, i have a problem.

I cant copy my Drider character's by this link http://www.arcgames.com/en/my/character/copy/nw
because it allways shows my Drider characters. I used few different Internet browsers, anonimazer, cleaned out my browser history and else but nothing change... Also i have 2 characters on Preview (DC 4, and SW 1800) but i want transfer my SW 2000 from Drider. Can you help me?

it allways send me mails that i connect by a new computer but Characters are old
