That's the point...trade bar is the "frivelous" stuff market. That's were all the dress ups and green stuff is going, were the dyes and low lvl mounts go, nothing game changing or truly cutting edge. Trade bars were always a "add on" incentive to make you feel not so bad about pulling HAMSTER out of a box....compare it to Vegas, you lost $1k on slots? So sorry, here, it's a coupon for a free buffet ($7.99) so you don't go away mad.

They are finally reforming the trade bar market since it was neglected so long, adding all the green/white HAMSTER from Zen market, pulling out all the work-around choke point items like coals etc. that they can control advancement with. You want L12 enchants, with the exception of extremely good luck, pay them through zen, that's what they are going for. Trade bar market is the buy one and get second free (just pay seperate processing and handling) market of the game.

very disappointed with the coal ward removal. Just saying.
That was the icing that made keys really fun.
Even if you didn't score the jack pot, at least you could buy some coal wards.
On the up side, the ring and jewel fix was nice.

dyes seem so wrong when we zone to different areas, i saw so many times seeing screenloader messages.

"You will find dyes during your travels and ........"
well, only times we find them are in CTA events, but almost non-exist in quests in our travels.
now we get them from alchemy and CTA, and if optional to buy dyes. but these are not from our traveling adventures, those were player mades and specific dyes from events.

programmers need to phase out those outdated screen messages.

Apparently I havent missed anything by returning to Secondlife. This last change made me return and give them my money instead. BTW Cryptic/PW, they asked me to thank you for the revenue.

Both real and artificial markets hate uncertainty, and the long record of tampering with the mechanics of the in-game economy has finally gotten me to swear off any real money investment in the game. Thanks for helping me overcome my bad habits.

100% agree

What does it matter when the notes were "typed" up anyway. Such a strange complaint.

It matters immensely.

IMMENSELY.

It directly reflects upon the attitudes of the company towards the game and the player base.

"We're going to nerf something that's going to cause a lot of outrage. Let's announce it at the last second just before we vanish for the weekend."

"But we can do better than that, boss!"

"Hmm...You're right. Also don't bother posting any patch notes about it until waaaaaaay later than usual. See if the techies can make the maintenance take several hours longer, but make sure nobody ever says why."

"Brilliant, boss! We are soooooo good at communicating! They're really gonna feel the love from us on this one!"

There are no real world analogies for this, as the real world simply wasn't designed to accommodate such things.

You need to do that with Chris Rocks voice in your head.
