Collection > Companions - Problems with a number of companions

Here's a list of problems I have so far found with the Companions section of the Collection.

Renegade Evoker - doesn't drop in-game, meant to be from Epic Valindra
Portal Hound - does not unlock in Collection when received (Green version drops from Tower of Celadine)
Skeletal Dog - does not unlock in Collection when received (Purple version bought from Zen Market)
Faithful Initiate - does not appear in the Collection
Astral Deva - does not appear in the Collection
Archmage's Apprentice - does not appear in the Collection
Damaran Shepherd - does not appear in the Collection
Icosahedron Ioun Stone - does not appear in the Collection
Kenku Archer - does not appear in the Collection
Ioun Stone of Radiance - does not appear in the Collection
Volcanic Galeb Dhur - does not appear in the Collection

There are also companions that can only be received through Special Promotions, the Zen market or by buying Packs that are not available on the Xbox One at this time - though I assume those will be appearing eventually? The only one of these that I think may need attention is the Vicious Direwolf as I have no idea what the "Founders of Neverwinter - Guardian of Neverwinter" is.

Others that may require attention:

Silver-Scaled Cleric Disciple - does not appear in the Collection
Gelatinous Cube - does not appear in the Collection

Renegade Illusionist - does not appear in the Collection

Renegade Evoker - drops from Dread Legion skirmish, not VT afaik, though I could be wrong about the dungeon. I think I am right though because there are very few for sale on PC, where people run that dungeon but have pretty well abandoned the skirmish.

Portal Hound - Blink Dog drops in Celadaine. Portal Hound only for purchase. Is XBox's blue? This could be a quality mismatch.

Skeletal Dog - Probably a quality mismatch with the epic one. PC available as white or blue, both of which unlock properly.

Vicious Dire Wolf is in PC's Guardian Pack, not released on XBox as yet.

Companions only ever available through special promotions on PC have been intentionally excluded from collections. (Renegade Illusionist, Gel Cube, Faithful Initiate, Archmage's Apprentice, Volcanic Ghaleb Dhur)

How do you get a Damaran Shepherd on XBox? It's the reward for finishing the Sword Coast Adventures tutorial on PC.

Silver-Scaled Cleric Disciple was removed from the collections when removed from the vendor, and should be re-added now that it's back (and who the eff knows why they even took it out of the game temporarily).

XBox needs to have a collection interface not based on PC's, since many companions only available via promotions on PC are in XBox's market.

There are no Renegade Evokers for sale anywhere on the Xbox which is what made me bring it up for clarification.

Portal Hound - you're right on the location, my bad. I believe it's green, but it's ages since I got mine. Doesn't seem to happen with other companions such as the Archons, though.

Damaran Shepherd - it's on the Xbox Zen Store.

While we are at it... The Symbol of Fire Artefact is not in the collections either.

There's a couple of problems with all the other Collections as well, I just haven't really got a list to put together as I don't have enough of everything else to check it out properly. I'm only about 30 companions away from having all of them so I'm paying a lot more attention to that collection

The other thing I can remember is that the Lord's Armoured Polar Bear mount doesn't unlock when you receive it.
