Can't copy my characters to preview server

Not sure if it's the right place for this question but still. I kept using old nw.perfectworld.com/preview to transfer my chars and it worked perfectly... Until recently. New page at arcgames.com/en/my/character/copy/nw shows only 1 character... on russian server i created like 2 years ago but never really played. And only one destination option - Lurker, which, as i understand, is russian test server. No matter what i do its still won't show me my characters on international server.

    Please make sure you're logged into the correct account and the U.S.A. (English) flag is selected up on the top right then navigate to: http://www.arcgames.com/en/my/character/copy/nw.

    Well that's what i did. Correct account (i ever had only 1), USA flag. Same. Only 1 old character from russian server is available.
    http://nw.perfectworld.com/preview works perfectly fine but that an old link.

    As this post has a similiar problem to me I thought I would put my question here.

    I would like to copy over my main character but when i follow the instructions of the posts above, i get as far as the page where I should be allowed to copy characters over, but, it tells me that in neverwinter I have no characters created and that I should create characters first then revisit the site once I have created one.

    I have 8 characters, one of each class, so do not understand why it is saying I have not created any.

    As I have never copied characters over before, am I doing something wrong? or is there a special way of doing it?
    Or is it because the servers are down for maintenance at the moment and need to try again when they are back up.

    Any help with this matter would be appreciated.

    Try old link http://nw.perfectworld.com/preview. It works again for me today. You might have to reload the page couple of times to see your chars.
    And yes y can't copy characters atm cause they are doing account server maintenance too.

    same problem cant copy from International server to Mimic or Owlbear it forces me to copy from Russian to Lurker (USA flag and correct account signed in)
    and old link dead again...
