Unable to copy character

in NeverwinterPreview - Bug Reports
When I go tot he Character Copy page, the dropdown menu to select a character to copy over to Preview or Owlbear is empty. I can select a server, but not a character.

    Same I can't copy any of my 27 characters~ Says I have none

    Oh, I almost forgot about this thread lol... check the zoom setting in your browser... it seems that if it's set to less than 100% zoom that happens. Try zooming in to 125%. I use Chrome, so I couldn't say if that is also true for other browsers.

    It was working a few days ago for me, but now I have a big red banner across the top of the character copy page that says " You have no characters to copy! please create a character and try again" ... or something to that effect, no option to even select a server at all.

    So I don't think it's a browser zoom issue in my case. hopefully your info will be able to help someone else though.

    Character copy is down at the moment. The devs are aware. I don't have an ETA on when it will be fixed.

    Yes, I actually saw that when I was trying (key word, trying) to get on preview yesterday. I laughed at the message saying I have no characters.... ummmmm, I have 18 lol.

    I do too, lol. And I was getting the same message. Hope they get it fixed soon, but I still have a lot of characters already copied to Preview, so I'll just use those for now.

    Kinda old thread but I had the problem today. Fixed it by allowing cookies for that site. Hope this helps someone :)

    I know it's an old thread, but this issue seems to be back - for me, anyway. Says: "You have no characters! Please visit this page again once you have created a character in game."

    Anyone else have this problem?

    If you looked just a little harder, you'd find the new threads talking about how nobody can currently copy to preview, and not need to engage in necromancy.
