And I cant get them away, now matter how I chance the face in the editor. Have the bug since month, but I hoped with the new patchnotes it was fixed.

That does look very strange, and might be coming from the way the game is applying your old face settings to the new head mesh. It is hard to tell if it's a problem with teeth clipping through the lip, or the tattoo displaying wrong.
If you already have an appearance change token, is it possible to complete an appearance change on preview and see if the "fangs" still show up when your character is outside the editor?
Appears on all my characters, except half orcs and dragonborn. And I asked my guildmates, they have the same problem.

Oh... heh.
I'll look into it. I think I have an appearance change. This is probably a display issue with the tower interface (I've not been in there since a long time) and won't show up on your character if you saved the changes.
There have been issues with the tower before showing monster faces and things that weren't actually available.
