Players in small guilds can hit the guild mark cap far too easily. Guild marks are not an open currency that can ruin the economy, or be sold or traded, so why is there a cap on them to start with?
I am trying to build my marketplace but all 5 of my characters are maxxed on guild marks, so there is no incentive to keep building, since I will lose hundreds of thousands of marks by the time I get a market worth spending in and have no way to generate the marks by that time.

Working as intended, as far as I've been able to figure out.

As for the maps, move them to higher ranks of market if they are that economy breaking, but this is irrelevant as it has nothing to do with the guild mark cap.
