Demogorgon: Players may no longer be vote-kicked while the Demogorgon encounter is active.

Not sure about this... we have already seen AFK campers in Demogorgon. The only thing keeping them at bay is the parties quickly vote-kick them. Remove this, and you will be opening up the door to letting people stand there and do nothing to try and get rewards. Not to mention if people are standing around the fire while the rest of us fight... the odds of getting a good score plummet.

I get why you are doing it, some people are probably being vote-kicked for no reason other than the party they are with doesnt think their iLevel is high enough... but personally I havent seen that happen yet... and I havent heard from any of our guild about it happening to anyone either.

This will cause more problems than it solves.

Let me second that. I've seen AFK campers there and it's really frustrating. Perhaps it should be something like, "players who spend more than 60 seconds behind the wall of force can be vote-kicked". Reset the timer to zero once they enter the fighting area.

Either that, or get rid of the wall of force once fighting begins.

I've seen players AFK in the sanitary well during phase 2 and Gorristo seems to target them every time and completely screw phase 2 over. I could not initiate a vote kick because there was high loot on the ground! Nothing even drops!

Perhaps Gorristo should only target players who have aggro to avoid this happening. It is totally unfair that people can deliberately grief this.

If already mentioned: Dailies are not just a problem for OP-s (though it makes them OP, hehe). Permaspamming daily is not very good imo. Just look at those snail, burning set, DC artifakt comboes.

I would like to see Dailies becoming some high-end power again, not 4th-5th encounter. I would make them 1 min cooldown, and rework them, increase their power.

For example: CW Ice strom: adds prone effect instead of push. IS area becomes ice terrain-like for 6 seconds, damage over time. Ice knife: prones for longer duration based on chill stacks, adds bonus damage based on chill/arcane stacks, etc. GWF: Spinning Stike: adds deflect, run speed, control resist, bleed damage. Slam: Increased damage, along with debuffs, slow, chance to prone etc. Savage advance: Adds aoe damage upon impact.

Also adjust DC artifakt: decreases 1 min cd on dailies by 5-10-15-20 seconds. Add 1-2 min cooldown to burning set. Add cooldown, or something to snail.

My story is truly a grand tale! Of course, any story about me is going to be grand simply by virtue of the main character.

I dont see this coming. They would have to rework all of the above, AP DC, Tactican GF, companions and I am sure, even if all of this would be adjusted, ppl would find another way to gain AP, if there is no CD.

Chars: CW, DC, GF, GWF, HR and TR.

It might be easier to just rework Recovery. A couple Perma Bubble OPs I know focus mainly on Recovery. Add a longer cooldown to snails and burning set and that may solve the Daily abuse issue. :|

Thanks for the feedback, though the discussion on frequent daily use may be best saved for a different thread.

Any new glaring issues we've seen introduced in this build? I know there's concern about the Demogorgon vote kick decision, but in the storm of discussion of past issues, I'm having trouble spotting whether there's anything else new to be concerned about.

@terramak Can you pls do something about the bots in the trade channel? Its like 20 times more bots than real players in the chat.. Maybe just add an Item Level requirement to post in the chat? Does not have to be that high, just enough so the bots have to get some gear, then atleast we can ignore them faster than they can create new bots.

And also maybe add a tradechat for the Stronghold instance?

I'd recommend that the vote kicking fix apply to once the encounter has been completed - pretty sure this is where most of the complaints were coming from, people finish, its a gold reward, but before you can receive rewards, you get vote kicked out.

I wouldn't know 100% for certain, cause why pug when you have a guild to run with, but reading through the complaints on the forums, this seems to be what is happening.

    Boons issue :
    1. augmented thayan bastion is multi proccin like Avalanche done, it's the 5th DR boon
    2. enraged regrowth doesn't grant the 4000 defense as the tooltip says
    3. endless consumtion is a overpowerd boon, needs to be tonned down please.
    4. Cold Shoulder doesn't have a ICD , please put one on it.

    about paladins
there is always a damage loop with the auras of the pallies, it's always happening between guardian fighters vs paladin, or warlocks vs paladin, it seems it's because guardians and warlocks have some reflective abilities, the damage loop is insane, im not sure if you guys are aware of this, but this damage loop sometimes create huge portion of lag.

another thing that would be great is to be looked into, is the Bubble from the pally, for what i udnerstand it lasts for 20s, could be better that for 20s while the Bubble is up, the pally can't gain any Action Points, like those Devoted Cleric abilities?

PVP as entire, can this be looked into completly and add some type of reward to it, or anythin to the Glory store to buy ? like r7s and stuff, similar to NCL season store?
i belive ppl do not play GG pvp or Siege because it's not rewarding for the time spent, speakin of, have you guys still couldn't tone down the lag in siege? have you thinked of cuttin some of the edge of the terrain to make a smaller size of the map, for example there is a huge portion that is useless behind the Strongholds, that can be removed, also maybe a total rework on the map and create it with 2 lanes, instead of 3 and decrease the numbers to 15 vs 15 ?

:LE : lostmauth set , i made a post about it since april 2015 , no devs gave the opinion about it
    http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/557323/lostmauth-set-bonus/p1

    - Do not ever fix the augmented bastion boon vs pallies. It is the only way to kill them..... fix this boon when you fix the broken class, do NOT allow AP to gained while the daily is up. Fix the fact that auras are lowering their CD's so they can chain Binding Oath while it's still active.

FIX THAT - then you can fix the boon.... until then. Pallies STFU :)

I would strongly recommend a couple of things:

    1. Don't remove mount training manuals from live without at least announcing what will take their place. Give players an opportunity to make an educated decision on whether to buy manuals now while they are still available.

    2. Whatever replaces mount training manuals, don't make training mounts excessively grindy. It's one thing if merely riding a mount gradually trains it over time (which would make sense to me), but take special care of the amount of time and/or effort required.

The reason I point this out is because of the effect that other grinds are having on my small guild. I'm the leader of the Order of the Raven (not by choice, though, but that's a different story). We are trying to build our stronghold, but the grind is burning our members out. They're not leaving for other guilds, they're leaving the game. Two months ago we normally had 8-10 players on at night, but now it's down to 1-2. I've talked about it with members when I see them, and they are having the same feeling: the grind has just worn them down. Please take special care to not worsen it.

    Questions for devs.

Why do you people still continue to add achievments in this game considering there are no goals or rewards to do them, exactly like the collection system points.?
It's a waste of precious time for you.

Ok how about fixing the issue with the TR and GF one shoting? think that should be fix. because there should be no way a TR or GF with less stats beable to do that as GWF can't one shot them and that with better stats. But they can 1 shot player i just
think these really need to be adress and fix to balance out PVP

Could we at least get some sort of response as to whether you've looked at +5 ring drop rates? I'm sure I'm not alone in having run PoM hundreds of times since Underdark launched without seeing a single +5 ring.

Still the issue of perma bubble OPs - using echos of light which procs off auras when its not supposed to. Binding Oaths CD starts DURING the 8 second "buff/effect" allowing echos of light to reset it DURING the effect. Pallys can also gain AP during the 25 second + daily again allowing them to have full AP easily by the time the effect wears off, binding oath is also double affected by DR making it twice as strong as it should be....

Theres a whole host of bugs with the paladin that not only ruin the game, it is an unkillable class and can literally tank an entire TEAM of players.

Just fixing echos of light, AP gain during daily (shield of Faith) would go a LONG way. Another would be to cut SoF's duration in half during PVP (kinda like how Banishment is reduced in PVP) and then Binding Oath's CD should start AFTER the buff ends and SHOULDNT be double hit by DR, and the CD cut in half.

Then I think you will have fixed many of the issues with OP.

Then we need to look at DC capstone because ive been told its massively overhealing by almost every DC I have talked to. The theory is when its proccing, it doesnt "clear" the healing saved up so you can save up a TON of healing and have it proc many times on players for more than it should - or atleast more frequent than it should.

I think it's great that you're trying to keep the refiner's cache loot relevant to player needs. Suggest that you need to take a look at some other severely outdated refinement-related rewards.

New minor fix build's up on Preview - Just a few fixes we could safely squeeze in, in addition to the finishing touches on our new lockbox, as well as preparatory updates to Challenge of the Gods (coming next week). Patch notes in the OP are updated in blinding yellow.

Sure, we can swap back to the "One thread per intended maintenance" style that we were doing before. (Note: Patch note was edited, but the functionality matches the original note. Just more fun this way, and I love linking to dev blogs! :) )
