NEw Artifact Beacon of Simril - at level 60 can't use Lumens?

So once the new artifact hits 60 we can't use Lumens so what good are they?

Stats are pretty bad anyways. You'd think the devs would know no one wants regen on anything in its current state.

still they make lumens for 1 artifact and they can't be used for it?

It says right in the description that you can only make it epic with the event refinement. So... yes... yes, they did make it that way.

I thought it said you could make it higher with normal enchants after that.
Tho it may be only after Simril ends. ?
