Stronghold quest for Dwarven Throne won't complete

I have had the "Throne of the Dwarven Gods" skirmish assigned to me by my Stronghold (I forget which NPC assigned it - the cleric, maybe?) for several days. I have now completed this quest 6-8 times after joining the skirmish queue. I do receive the end-of-quest rewards each time, as well as the rewards from the chest when I have a lesser demonic key. But I still have this quest stuck in my journal as incomplete, and have been unable to collect the Stronghold rewards, in particular the Dungeoneer's Shards of Power that we badly need.

I already submitted this as a ticket [Incident: 151214-000890] and was told this by Ildykha: "I can see that this is a potential bug. We recommend posting this in our Quality Corner, as this would be a good topic to discuss with the Moderators and Quality Assurance team. Our Development Team and Community Teams check the forums often as well."

Please advise and fix if possible. Thank you in advance for your help.

Its a known issue they are tracking. Work around at the moment is to complete elol.
