Dwarven King questline replay chapters are out of order

As seen in this picture the chapters are not in order when a player chooses to replay the questline.

Steps to reproduce.
1) log into the game on a lv 70 character
2) play and complete the Dwarven King questline
3) go back to Captain Belgold and ask to replay the quest line, the result should be as above in the image.
4) If it does not produce the expected result in the image then additional steps are necessary
5)accept Chapter 1: Attack at Dusk quest
6) proceed through quest and enter the Chandler Family Farm instance.
7) leave the quest without talking to the NPC by the wagon
8) drop the quest Chapter 1: Attack at Dusk
9) repeat step 3
