Post a symbol and let others discuss its history and meaning, or chip in with an interesting fact about a symbol. First point of discusion , my current avatar, an 8 pointed star. ... GO!
OK I'll start by stating it's commonly used to symbolize chaos. The four larger arrows symbolizing law, order, good and evil.
Without checking info via google/bing/yahoo I can tell that this glyph used for Chaos magic, or bands who also named Chaos. Nothing special.. As for symbolizing law/order and so one, first time ever hearing it..
Without looking info via internet or library. I can say this is Masons glyph, if u read book or watched movie like Da vinci code, or demons and angels u would know.. There is a lot of myth around them. Most of myth are created by guys who like to smoke a lot of weed and allow phantasy go wild. What I know, they where like skilled mercanaries guild who builded a lot of temples/building in mid ages/dark ages.
The Divine Architect. Both symbols represent Lucifer, the Light Bearer. The belief that we can somehow transcend our boundaries and our physical bodies.
180 degree wrong. A lot of guys think if glyph have spiky/sharp sides its represent evil and evil they call lucifer/satan or whatever. Also christians call all other non cross glyphs evil and represent bad/lucifer/satan and so one.
Now my turn. And so I put image of pedant which I wear like 5 years without removing it.
Also this one can represent 3 stuffs. But it's depend of person
p.s picture I found via google.

If you want to scrutinize some hidden non-fictional occult symbology present in Neverwinter then check this out. In Icewind Valley there's a polar bear rich area down low just off where the travel gate is. Down there lives a lone polar bear named "Old One Eye". That wouldn't be very unsettling on its own but curiously in the immediate area that he inhabits, in the frozen mountains of Icewind Valley, there are butterflies. There are no other butterflies anywhere else in Icewind Valley, not to mention that they have no business being there in the snowy mountain scenery. Most are yellow but yes some are orange, as a monarch butterfly is.
If you have your tin hat on properly then you should be able to draw an occult source to the symobology of 'one eye' and 'butterflies'. Consider that in videogames nothing is present by chance. A clear 3D development construct is an empty void until filled in with objects and textures by artists and coders, so nothing is ever there that wasn't deliberately put there by someone. Somebody took the time to place this ambiguous calling card in there and mask it in such a way that it's hidden in plain sight.
It's not theory, go to Icewind Valley and see for yourself.
