Where is the known issues/soon to be fixed thread?

Honestly your a mmo game, without a preview server so multiple times released broken or wrong content. The biggest example is the damage in dungeons bug that was also on pc and somehow still got through on xbox. Eternal flame lockbox anyone? Make a preview server, allow a thread for upcoming bug fixes/known issues thread. The lack of developer to player feedback is unbelievable. Sure if there is something involving mommy's credit card your all ears but if not than it sticks around for months in game.
